SAN ANTONIO (August 8, 2023) – Forty-five college students have been awarded educational scholarships for the 2023–2024 academic year from Silver Eagle Beverages. The Silver Eagle Beverages Scholarship program awards up to a total of $5,000 per academic year to the dependent children of Silver Eagle Beverages employees. The scholarship program was started by the company over 20 years ago and has awarded more than $2.5 million in scholarships to date. The recipients were recently recognized by John L. Nau, III, chairman and CEO of Silver Eagle Beverages, at an award ceremony at their San Antonio office.
“The Silver Eagle Beverages Scholarship program is a wonderful way in which we are able to give back and show support for our employees, their families, and future generations of thinkers,” said Nau. “We are proud to recognize these students as they enter into the next chapter of their lives and pursue their educational goals.”

The Silver Eagle Beverages Scholarship award program provides up to five years of funding for an undergraduate degree and up to two years of funding for a graduate degree, two-year degree, or technical school. The Greater Houston Community Foundation administers the Silver Eagle Beverages Scholarship awards program.
