Line can get a bit long but once inside they were quick.  Appointment at 0700. Got in line at 0500 got to the gate 0650. Called the number and was given a door. I enjoy a nice cold one, represent Bud and Bud-Light all Fiesta long with their awesome Fiesta Medal, you will see me around town and at the parades wear a Bud-Light box on my head!!! First time here. I called and the guy was nice enough to let me know I was able to park at the gate on the right side of the entrance .
He asked me to park and call back at 5am when they open.
Gate opens at 5 am. when you call they will tell you what door.
Open your doors and take your load locks off. If any of your kegs fell, be prepared to pick them up and put them on a pallet lol.
They took my paper work through the dock door. After that it was a pretty quick process. They holler at you from the dock door so keep your ears open.
Plenty of space to move around with your truck so that was also a huge plus.
Over all a great first experience!!
Oh, and my seal was a solid piece of 1 inch thick metal, one of the guys gave me bolt cutters. All the guys were pretty great! Thankful cause Rude people are pretty common.
ALSO, as soon as your light turns green you can move up . Your paperwork will be available to you there at the dock door or in your trailer. If it’s not. Look around it might have fallen.

The truck drivers that drive for this Silver Eagle are inconsiderate and have bad manners on the freeway. One of them swerved their truck in front of my minivan. I had my infant daughter in the back seat and had to slam my breaks to keep from smashing into the back of them about a week ago. I spoke to one of the so-called supervisors about it. He said his name was Javier. He was very rude and dismissive about the whole incident. I wouldn't trust this company. This is the third incident with a driver from this company that I've had in the past month. Also the driver of the truck may be undocumented because there has been a high correlation between undocumented truckers and traffic accidents (the recent fatal accident in Florida with the undocumented driver that took the lives of three people being an example). This past weekend I, along with the San Antonio Texas, Patriot Guard Riders attended the Honor Flight for a well deserved group of Veterans! The Veterans will be visiting their monuments in Washington DC they will be departing San Antonio from the SA International Airport! They will be visiting the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and will also visit other sites! This was an amazing honor to meet and greet with the veterans! For me personally I'm very grateful for all the veterans! Much respect and appreciation to all, it's always an honor! This was the first time I entered Silver Eagle Beverages in San Antonio TX. Budw. Delivery at  Dollar Gen.  181 S. at Killowatt Rd.  12 pm.  I  am customer & I observed  2 large men deliver beer....they were rude.  Brushed by an older lady ( staff) trying to carry  equipment and help with delivery.  As she began to drop some of her load , they did not help her.  I intervened and put my be cane aside to help.  I told those men that they were not gentlemen to watch and not help.  No response or action or apology.  I again stated she was in need of help and they were not doing their job .  After all it was their responsibility to finish.  She was very kind and said "it's o.k.".  I said I will report it. Vet disorganized gave me a door a truck was in already called them they acted like they didn't know what doors were open then gave the same door to three trucks without instructions almost got into fight with other drivers due to their lack of communication and then threaten to kick you out with their beer I almost took it to my yard started charging storage and getting g ready go deny their freight claim if you don't want it don't ask people to haul it well haul something else or nothing at all

Horrible Delivery service. Drivers are rude and their supervisors don’t care how they treat their customers. My sales person and I spoke to supervisor regarding drivers bad customers service multiple times but no action taken to improve customer service. I ask for personal face to face meeting which never happen. I am doing business with silver eagle for 20 years and this is how they take care of their customers.

I have lived in San Antonio for only 2 years.  In that time, I have had to resort to getting the beer I enjoy by special order at my local store.  This is a hit or miss.  My family and I will buy about 2 to 3 cases a week. (I have extended family and friends).  The problem is that I may or may NOT purchase any, depending on the whim of the distributor.  I went to get some today and again, the cashier informed me it was not delivered.  Seems the rep didn't think I was buying it fast enough and decided to NOT to deliver any Michelob Amber Bock.  For 2 years, I have had to hunt down this beer.  Usually after 3 different stores and a 1/3 tank of gas, I come home with one 6-pack!
